Junior Account Manager
The profile will assist the License Holder in managing clients whose needs focus on investigative responses in the field of Industrial Law (trademark and patent protection), Corporate Law (unfair competition), and Labor Law (employee contractual breaches), Criminal Law, and Private Law.
He will be responsible for drafting estimates and work projects to be submitted to the Client's attention.
The candidate will also communicate with the Technical Coordinator of investigative collaborators in managing the progress of investigative activities, as well as with the editorial office in drafting the final reports.
Short daily trips within the national territory are planned for the role in order to manage the clientele.
Bachelor's or master's degree required in investigative sciences, legal studies, or equivalent fields.
The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:
- similar experience gained in service companies
- Basic knowledge of investigative regulations
- good cultural level preferably with an investigative, legal, or equivalent focus
- good organizational skills and predisposition to interpersonal relationships
