The reference regulation in the world of Private Investigations, namely Ministerial Decree No. 269 of 2010 (partially reformed by D.M. 56/2015), modifies previous provisions, establishing among others, a necessary condition for the initiation of an investigation:

receive a mandate from the client indicating the purposes of the processing, the right intended to be asserted in court, or the proceeding to which the investigation is connected, and the deadlines by which it must be concluded.

This requirement represents a tight constraint on the procedural needs of the law in question and consequently, it puts the figures of the private investigator and the defense lawyer in an almost necessary relationship.

Nowadays, being able to solve complex problems represents a challenge for every professional, who is required to possess an increasingly wide and articulated range of specific skills.

A single professional, however, is not able to specialize and at the same time excessively diversify their skills.

Bringing together a group of professionals and experts in specific fields, capable of adequately responding to the client's complex needs, represents, in our opinion, the keystone to the challenge in question.
