After the success of the first conference in Chiari, the path of information and discussion on gender violence and the Red Code continues with a second event in Manerbio.

Friday, October 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM, the Teatro Memo Bortolozzi, in Piazza C. Battisti n. 1 in Manerbio (BS), will host a free meeting open to the public, professionals, and law enforcement.

Against violence, tools for self-defense

The conference is organized by the Municipality of Manerbio with the sponsorship and organizational support of Federpol, the Italian Federation of Private Institutes for Investigations, Information, and Security.

The focus of the meeting will be on the prevention and protection tools provided by institutions, professionals, and associations: recognizing the signs of violence, understanding the paths to take, and knowing whom to contact for support.

An opportunity to share useful information and contribute to a culture based on respect, awareness, and prevention.

The program and the speakers

The proceedings will open with the institutional greetings from Paolo Vittorielli, Mayor of Manerbio. The meeting will be moderated by Viviana Filippini, journalist from the Giornale di Brescia.

They will intervene:

  • Insp. Francesca Pollonara, Anti-Crime Police Division of the Brescia Police Headquarters;
  • a representative of the Arma dei Carabinieri;
  • Dr. Alex Zagatti Federpol Delegate for the Province of Brescia and President of AIRO Investigations;
